Wildlife and Scenic Cruises

Take a guided boat trip to enjoy our wildlife, cetaceans and seabirds. It is worth having a look at this for some of the wildlife we have seen recently.  Whilst in April, May and June departing daily to the large seabird nesting colony at the Mull of Galloway, looking at the nesting colony with the added possibility of sighting cetaceans and larger seabirds passing the headland. This trip is dependant on numbers of people (minimum 5 or cost equivalent) or group bookings.... We do sometimes see basking sharks, minke whales and very rarely an orca.

We also run scenic cruises along the coast for 1 or 2 hours and we visit Killantringan Lighthouse , the Craigantlet shipwreck, Dunskey Castle and Knockinaam Hotel (where Churchill and Eisenhower stayed (during WW2) and more recently Hollywood A-listers (most recently Gerard Butler).

We also run trips to go and lift lobster pots and see what lives beneath the waves... possibly seeing 5 types of crab, lobsters, eels and various fish - the contents of the lobster traps are not guaranteed!!

All trips are dependent upon the weather and sufficient numbers.

Bookings essential and can be made by contacting myself - Mobile 07739231331

Here are just a few examples of some of the birds, fish, crustaceans  and cetaceans seen on some of our wildlife/scenic excursions.
